5 Anti-Aging Tips For Your Skin

Today, we’ll talk about five tips to Age Smart.

The first thing you can do is wear sunscreen this is so important. The ultraviolet rays break down the collagen and the elastin in the skin resulting in wrinkles brown spots and so many other skin concerns.

So make sure you’re wearing a sunscreen of broad spectrum and of SPF 30 or higher.

The second step is to mind your facial expressions.

If you keep making those upset faces, frowning and do it repeatedly, it will contract your muscles and cause permanent wrinkles especially around the brows.

So scream, shout, do whatever. But try to do it with a smiling face.

The third thing you can do is to avoid using heavy makeup.

Wearing very heavy foundations or powders will only clog your pores and settle into the existing wrinkles, making them even more apparent.

Substitute them with a vitamin rich tinted lotion or a tinted moisturizer.

The fourth thing you can do is to moisturize regularly.

Ageing skin loses its natural moisture and needs to be replenished regularly.

Dry skin surface will only add up to more lines and wrinkles. So keep it moist with anti-ageing moisturizers and oils.

The fifth thing you can use is an eye cream. The skin around the eye area is the thinnest and most prone to wrinkles.

That’s where the age starts showing first. So make sure you wear an eye cream morning and evening to avoid lines wrinkles and dark circles.

Use these simple yet effective tips to keep away those wrinkle and crows feet.
