Method

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a pot and add herbs to it .let it steep for few minutes before taking it off the stove.

Then add few drops of essential oil to it.

Cover your head with a towel and place your face directly over the pot to soak in all the benefits.

5 to 7 minutes of steaming is usually adequate.
